1. Terms of Payment

The Purchaser (as identified by the Product Order) will be invoiced upon receipt of the Product Order. Payment is expected at time of order by credit card, unless arrangement is made for the order to be shipped COD. COD shipments will be charged an additional $7.50. If payment is by personal check, the order will not be shipped until the check has cleared our bank. If other payment options are required, the Purchaser must call us at 1-800-668-9983 for approval before an order can be processed.

2. Overseas Shipping

All shipping prices quoted on the order form are for UPS shipping throughout the contiguous 48 states. Overseas shipping is done through the US Mail system. Upon receipt of an order, the Purchaser will be notified via email as to their additional shipping costs (in US dollars). When Tranzporter International receives a reply to this email with the Purchaser's shipping choice, the product will be shipped.

3. Indemnification

All information made available from within this website is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranties as to merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or inconvenience sustained by any person resulting from this information.

Tranzporter International LLC shall not be liable for any technical, editorial, typographical or other errors or omissions within the information accessible through this website. Whilst changes are periodically made to the information herein, Tranzporter International LLC does not warrant that the information currently accessible is either up-to-date or accurate. 6. Cancellations and/or Returns

The Purchaser (as identified by the Product Order) may cancel the order. Cancellation of the order may be received in writing, e-mail, or by telephone. Once the product is shipped however, the purchaser may return the product for full reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees for returns are the purchaser’s liability. Returns for manufacturer’s defect only will be accepted within 3 years of purchase. All attempts will be made to repair the product. In the event the product cannot be repaired, a new product will be sent to the purchaser. Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been monogrammed. Returns may be sent to:
